Breast Cancer Advocacy
As a breast cancer survivor, Punita is a statistic in a group she did not choose to join. While going through her breast cancer journey, she saw the lack of diverse faces represented as having the disease.
Punita speaks about the challenges, resilience and triumphs that she faced in this path. Her experience cemented her passion for advocating on behalf of survivors, encouraging shared decision-making and educating oneself about the advances in technology, treatment and therapies for an improved quality of life.
